Handmade ceramics · small batch

Pots with a little personality.

One-of-a-kind ceramics, thrown by hand in my studio. When a piece sells, it's gone for good.

About

Hi, I'm Lana.

I make functional ceramics: vases, bowls and mugs meant to be used every day and kept for years. Each piece starts as a lump of clay on the wheel and ends up one of a kind.

[Add your story here: how you got into clay, what you love about it, what inspires your shapes and glazes.]

Behind the scenes

How a pot gets made

(it takes a few weeks!)
1

Throw

Centered and shaped on the wheel, one piece at a time.

2

Trim

Once leather-hard, the foot and final lines are carved in.

3

Fire

A first bisque firing to turn soft clay into something sturdy.

4

Glaze

Brushed and dipped by hand, then a final high-fire. Every surface is a little different.
